MyGigMgr · Version 2026-09-09
Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of MyGigMgr. By creating an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and to provide accurate account information.
Your account and workspace
You are responsible for authorized activity in your workspace, keeping credentials secure, enrolling required authentication safeguards, and assigning appropriate team permissions. You must have authority to enter or upload the information you use and to communicate with your clients.
Subscriptions and trials
MyGigMgr offers Basic at $19.95, Pro at $29.95, and Premium at $39.95 per month in USD, with a 30-day trial managed through Stripe. The checkout displays the applicable charges and renewal information. Manage subscription changes or cancellation through the app. Access depends on the current Stripe subscription status; failed payments, expiration, or cancellation can restrict access. Any coupon or promotion is subject to its displayed conditions.
Client transactions
Contracts and transactions between entertainers and their clients are their responsibility. MyGigMgr supplies organizational and document tools; it does not perform the booked entertainment service or guarantee payment. Connected payment providers apply their own fees, terms, dispute processes, and eligibility requirements. Client payments are separate from the MyGigMgr subscription.
MyGigMgr text updates
Optional recurring automated messages cover booking information, event reminders, planning updates, and support conversations with entertainers you work with through MyGigMgr. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase and does not enroll you in promotional marketing. Text STOP to unsubscribe from the shared MyGigMgr number, or HELP for assistance. Text START to resume. For event support, contact your entertainer. Review text signup.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorized disclosure, impersonation, unsolicited messages, malicious software, attempts to bypass permissions, or interference with another account. Obtain the permissions and recipient consent required for the information and communications you use. Do not upload content you are not entitled to use.
Your content and third-party services
You retain rights to your content and permit the processing necessary to operate features you request. You remain responsible for content accuracy and backups appropriate to your business. Third-party connections may change, become unavailable, require separate accounts, or impose additional conditions. Review AI suggestions before using them in client-facing or business decisions.
Availability, changes, and termination
The service may undergo maintenance, updates, or changes. Use the available export and backup tools to retain needed business records. Accounts may be restricted for security issues, unacceptable use, or subscription ineligibility. Where access ends, stored information remains subject to the privacy policy, applicable retention, and legal holds.
Support and disputes
Report service issues through Support in your workspace. For a client booking, contract, payment, or refund question, contact the entertainer first. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
