MyGigMgr is designed for use across desktop and mobile devices, with semantic pages, visible focus, clear labels, and scalable text.

Keyboard and reading controls

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through links and controls. A skip link appears when focused. Menus and expandable sections can be opened from the keyboard. You can enlarge text or zoom the page; content reflows on smaller screens.

Your display preference

The app supports Light, Dark, and System display preferences. Tenant branding remains separate from a client’s display choice. The help center includes a print button and printable article layouts.

If a task is difficult to use with your device or assistive technology, contact Support in your workspace and describe the page, task, browser, and assistance you need. Clients can also contact their entertainer for an accessible way to share event details.
