MyGigMgr · Version 2026-09-09
Privacy policy
This policy explains the information used to provide MyGigMgr. Your entertainer controls the event and client information in their workspace.
Information used by the service
Account information includes your name, email address, business profile, authentication records, and subscription references. A workspace can hold contacts, event details, forms, music preferences, messages, contracts, invoices, and uploaded files. We also keep security, access, and operational logs to operate the service and investigate problems.
Why information is processed
Information is used to provide the requested workspace and client portal, arrange events, deliver authorized communications, maintain account security, process subscription activity, and respond to support and data requests. Workspace administrators decide which client information to enter and which team members can access it.
Payments and connected providers
Stripe processes MyGigMgr subscriptions. Entertainers may connect separate Stripe Connect, Square, or PayPal accounts for client payments. Payment credentials and card entry are handled through the relevant provider flow; MyGigMgr records transaction references and status. Optional connections such as Spotify, Google, Microsoft, Telnyx, and AI providers process information needed for the features you enable under their own terms.
Access, storage, and retention
Workspace permissions limit access by account and role. Protected uploads are encrypted and served through authorized application routes. Administrators can configure retention, request exports, and handle verified deletion or anonymization requests. Contract, payment, audit, and other evidence may be preserved when a legal hold or recordkeeping requirement applies. Backup and export copies have their own retention periods.
Cookies and device storage
The application uses session and security cookies. Display choices and help-audience preferences can be remembered on your device. Optional offline tools keep permitted drafts locally and synchronize changes after authentication. The marketing site does not include advertising trackers in this release.
Text message privacy
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information solely to operate messaging. Consent and opt-out evidence is retained for communication controls and audit purposes.
Your choices and requests
Use your account or portal notification preferences to control supported alerts. Clients should contact the entertainer responsible for their event to correct event data, request a copy, or ask for deletion. Workspace administrators can use Privacy & retention to record and fulfill verified requests. For platform-account issues, use Support in your workspace.
Policy changes
The policy version accepted during signup is recorded with the acceptance evidence. Material changes should be communicated through the service before a new version applies.
