How does the trial work?
Choose your plan, verify your email, and complete the Stripe subscription setup. Stripe manages the 30-day trial and the current billing status. You can manage your subscription from the app.
Are client payments separate from my subscription?
Yes. Stripe handles your MyGigMgr subscription. You can separately connect Stripe Connect, Square, or PayPal to receive payments from your clients.
Can I bring my existing records?
The import tools accept supported GigBuilder exports and generic CRM files. Map fields, run validation, review the dry run, and approve the import before changes are applied.
Can my clients use my branding?
Yes. Set your business logo and colors for the client experience. Each person can choose a light, dark, or system display preference.
Which plan includes integrations and games?
Pro and Premium include full email/calendar integrations, AI, and game sessions. Pro includes two game sessions per month; Premium includes four plus advanced AI, API, and MCP access.
